It's yoga for humans. Beginner-friendly generally pretty gentle movement to stretch & align the body.
"What is Metal Yoga?"
It's yoga. The same full spectrum practice I give in any situation (breathwork, intention setting, and care for the sanctity and roots of the practice). We just play some great music. Why? Because we like it. So if you like your tunes on the heavy side, tune in.
